Membership Renewal
STEP #1: Please select your membership type, i.e. "1-2 Dog Membership" and then click on the "Buy Now" button, below, to pay your membership fee.
STEP #2: Once you have paid the membership fee, please print a copy of the Nashua Dog Park Annual Health Form, have the form completed and signed by your dog's veterinarian and email a copy to us or leave a copy in the mailbox at the dog park. Please submit the form within 30 days from the time of renewal.
